Meeting Rooms (actual rooms may be subject to change)

For the convenience of all registered delegates, sponsor companies and exhibitors, Meeting rooms are available daily from February 04th to 6th, 2019, to accommodate matchmaking sessions or business to business meetings.

Meetings can be scheduled on Monday February 04th and Tuesday February 05th, from 7:00am – 5:30pm and on Wednesday February 06th, from 7:00am – 4:00pm.

All meetings must be booked on-line, except in the case of same-day meetings, which will be subject to room availability.

To book a meeting room on the days of the Conference, please visit us at the Secretariat.

We have limited, one hour time slots being offered on a first come-first served basis. There is no charge for using the meeting rooms (with the exception of the exhibitor room), however, delegates will be required to cover the cost of any additional room requirements eg multimedia, catering etc.

Exhibitor Rooms
Toco Room Maximum 25- 40 persons

The Toco Room is set up for use by tradeshow exhibitors, with a multimedia projector and screen for presentations and demos. However, the room can be used by other conference delegates, when not in use by an exhibitor and must be booked in advance at the Conference Secretariat.
