The Energy Cham­ber of Trinidad and Tobago presented awards to organisations in the areas of Cor­po­rate Social Respon­si­bil­ity (CSR), Health Safety and Environment (HSE) and Energy Services. The winners of the awards were announced throughout Day 1 and 2 of the Con­fer­ence and recaped at the Gala Dinner all held at the Hyatt Regency, Port of Spain.

The Energy Cham­ber awarded mem­bers and non-members in the fol­low­ing six categories:

Annual Awards Timeline

The Awards Process

  1. The various Chambers Committee meet to review and finalise the CSR Award criteria and categories.
  2. The submission period opens.
  3. Entries are completed and submitted via an online entry form available on the Annual Awards website
  4. At the end of the submission period ALL entries are sent to an independent judging panel for shortlisting.
  5. Judges: The Chamber writes to various institutions asking for volunteers and experts in the various award categories.
  6. Once shortlisted companies are invited to attend an Award Clinic designed to coach each team individually with their final submissions and presentations to the judging panel.
  7. Vignettes are filmed for ALL short listed entries.
  8. Final Judging takes place
  9. Winners announced throughout the Energy Conference and at the Gala Dinner.
